A technical seminar on urban monitoring and management of water resources and rainstorm alarming scheme was held recently in Guangdong Hydrographic Office, co-sponsored by Ministry of Water Resources, Guangdong Department of Water Resources and co-organized by China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and Guangdong Hydrographic Office.
